This notice is issued under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 ("NDPA") and describes how we collect, use, share and protect personal data.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data as defined in the NDPA, and ask that you do not include it in submissions.

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you.
We send you operational messages about your account and your projects because they are necessary to provide the service; these are not marketing and cannot be switched off while your account is active. We send marketing only where you have opted in, and every marketing message carries an unsubscribe link.

Each processor acts on our documented instructions under a written agreement, as required by section 29 of the NDPA.
Some of our processors operate servers outside Nigeria. Where personal data is transferred abroad we rely on the conditions in Part VIII of the NDPA, including adequacy of the recipient jurisdiction, contractual commitments providing an adequate level of protection, or the necessity of the transfer for the performance of a contract with you. You may ask us which mechanism applies to a given transfer.

To exercise any of these, email info@technosphereinnovations.com. We respond within thirty (30) days. We may ask you to verify your identity first.
If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, encrypted two-factor secrets, optional two-factor authentication, storage of uploaded files outside the public web root, rate limiting, session revocation and logging of access to client submissions.
No system is perfectly secure. Where a personal data breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Nigeria Data Protection Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of it, and will inform you without undue delay where the risk is high.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. It is strictly necessary for the service and cannot be disabled while you use the portal. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
The portal is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this notice. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page, and material changes will be notified to account holders by email.
